“A very well organised band who set up promptly and quietly and started off the evenings entertainment with a good Cuban vibe. They played what we asked and were an asset to the wedding. They performed early on in the evening which is not an easy time as people have not warmed up to the party and have just finished eating but they did it with good grace and made a great sound which helped set a party vibe going.”

“Hi Gemma, Thanks for your email - sorry it has taken me so long to reply but it was such a good party that it has taken us a week or so to recover. The band, La Banda were absolutely brilliant! They were exactly what we wanted and infact I invited my salsa teacher, Eddison who danced all night and joined them on the stage at one point. We were all in fancy dress as latinos and the whole night was a rip-roaring success. I know the band will get more venues from that night alone and we would love to know where they are playing so that we can all keep in touch and follow them like a bunch of ageing groupies! We managed to transform our village hall into downtown rio for a night and I have to say without La Banda it would not have worked. Hope they enjoyed it too. Please pass on our best wishes and thanks to them. They were class. Thanks again. Kathryn Trueman”
